Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All payments must be made in advance. The booking is binding at the time of reservation.
• Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of 500 SEK.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
• If you choose to shorten your stay after arrival, no refund will be given for the unused days.
• Our refund policy remains the same in cases of illness, unforeseen circumstances, or a change of mind.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

With our cancellation protection, you can cancel your booking with a full refund until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival, regardless of the reason.

• The cancellation protection fee is 10% of the booking value, with a minimum charge of 500 SEK and a maximum of 5000 SEK.
• In case of cancellation, the cancellation protection fee is non-refundable, but the remaining amount will be reimbursed via card or bank transfer within one week.
• You are also free to reschedule your booking to new dates, either within the current year or the next year. If the new booking is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate insurance coverage, such as liability, accident, and travel insurance.

Campsite Liability

• The campsite is responsible for any damages incurred by you due to proven negligence by the campsite management or staff within the scope of their duties.
• The campsite is not responsible for damages caused by third parties, other guests, or circumstances beyond our control.
